Hello all. So I have only had a suit tailored once and I just had the sleeves shortened. I am going to a Fraternity Formal in a few weeks and I was hoping for some advice on what other alterations I should be looking for. I bought a cheap suit since it will likely be getting dirty at the event.
The alterations I currently have in mind are:
Jacket - Brought in at the sides, Sleeves shortened to show more of the shirt's cuffs.
Pants - Narrow the legs, Shorten the length of the pants.
Here is the suit... Jacket is 38R, Pants are 30in at the waist, both are slim fit. I am 5' 10", fluctuating between 150-160lbs.
Would you guys recommend anything else?
