Loden wool, woven in Tirol for centuries, is known for its resistance to cold and wetness. Our project in collaboration with Epaulet introduces Alpine Loden, a modern 18oz fabric blend of 75% merino wool and 25% nylon, woven in Italy. It's lighter, more durable, wind-resistant, and more comfortable than traditional Loden fabric. Partnering with Rochester Tailored Clothing, we offer custom garments like sportcoats, suits, and overcoats, made to your specifications. Learn more about the Loden collection here.

I have always maintained one should never have more personal items in their office than what can be packed into a single box. Will make the eventual perp walk much easier and shorter.

My boss and a new co-worker have a lot of economics books from college and/or graduate school on their shelves. There's something cheesy about it. However, since I'm keeping a lot of my grad school books I kind of feel more cheesy displaying them in my apartment. Thoughts?

Best advice ever.

Never more than you can fit in a empty copy paper box.

I've never gotten the whole "frame the degree" thing. I have five degrees and they're all in their original envelopes. All a degree does is raise expectations. I like to keep mine nice and low. Underpromise and overdeliver.

Oh no, please don't do this unless you're a healthcare professional or an attorney.

My dad has a wall full of awards that have gold plates on them. It is actually a nice touch.

I suppose it depends what you do.

Lots of people here have shelves full of economics books, many of them probably from school, but they may actually use them as a reference or cite them in a report. You're probably more likely to use them in the office than at home.

I'm in the same boat and recently decided that an ergonomic chair will be just about the only thing I use to "personalize" my office. I had a very special photo framed for my office. It's a very old ad from the 40's that shows an old fishing camp in Ontario owned by the man I would eventually be named after. It was delivered to my office yesterday, and within 2 minutes I came to the conclusion that hanging something so special in my office would be a waste. I packed it up and took it home.

The president of the bank back in Texas is this chain-smoking sixtysomething year old woman who has her office decorated with dioramas of taxidermied squirrels.
