The guy from Zipangu Treasures is supposedly starting a new service after he's finished dealing with Levi's.

You need to go 2 sizes up in sugarcane belts. I'm a 30" waist and got a 34" belt. It fits me just right on the middle hole

you can try rakuten...there's several stores that carry sugar cane accessories that will ship to the US. Super Rag on rakuten has instructions on how to fill out the japanese form.

Yup, I'm a 32" waist and a 36" belt fits me just right.

Just for clarification, all leather is tanned. That's what makes it leather. Otherwise it's rotting cow skin.
