^ @Lucido , I'm being tempted too but I have quite wide feet.
Do your Sanders run narrow or do they have some 'give'??
Thank you, Luigi.
For the Sanders HiTop, you must go at least half a size up, I have slim feet and I feel they are somehow narrow.

For me Sanders lasts tend to be true to size and quite generous in width. Much wider and easier fitting than Continental shoes like Meermin, Carlos Santos and Carmina. None of those really work for my wide-ish, high-instep UK10.5 feet.

The JOEL last used for the HiTops has a narrower and more elegant toe shape than what you might expect on a typical desert boot. I went up a half size to an 11UK and they fit me very well.

You also have the option of the Sanders 'Bertie' chukka. Again on crepe soles but a much rounder toe and a wider F+ fitting.

How's the quality

I think I paid like $30 for them, for that price the quality is great. They have rubber soles that were cemented on. The suede is fine, and I like the insoles. I have flat feet and my feet feel great after a days wear.

Hi guys,

Since it's the topic for suede shoes, I have a question for you.
I have been looking fore some time already for the perfect pair of suede shoes but I'm lacking brand inspiration

I would love to buy a nice pair of suede brogue or longwing but can't find a brand that fits both what i like and my budget (around 3xx€ ?)

I love what grantstones does for the longwings

sadly since i'm in europe when you add the shipping and the custom you almost pay twice the shoes ...

i also love what trickers does in a different style

but I can't find this model anywhere, the only ones i find are with dainite soles which are not nearly as nice.

Do you guys maybe have more inspiration than I do ?
