Those are sweet! Never heard of them, either.

I think they were sold in Europe or some other way. I don't think they were a US catalog item. Just think suede MacNeil and you are there.

I just got these yesterday. My first pair of suede shoes in a very, very long time. I'm apprehensive because my experience with suede shoes is that they wear down way too soon, but these were so nice and were offered for such a great price (Aquatalia, MSRP $700—I spent 50), I had to get them. Thoughts?

I mean they're so easily destroyed by the elements.
A good suede should be fine as long as you treat with a suede eraser and brush kit. A lot of people actually recommend suede as a better bad weather leather than calf.
