suede brogues of good quality

anyone know about the quality of these shoes?

i believe these are made by loake and while I really like the shape/color/style, I'm not sure about construction quality. may take the gamble since they work out to about $140USD so not too big an investment, but...

anyone know of similar offerings from a maker of better quality, but short of a bespoke or mtm route which is out of my price range.
