1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

What, no love for *Party Monster*? What happened to all the twinks in this piece?

La Belle Personne is one of my favorites when it comes to style. I don't know why because it's all kind of simple but it all just looks good.

If films have any affect at all on how you dress, what films influence your dress and why?

James Bond and Batman are always good reference when getting a new suit. [IMG]

I watched 'A Face in the Crowd' this evening.

A lot of it is not particularly 'stylish', but the first 30 minutes or so really struck me. There is a long placket henley that 'Beanie' wears that I really like and of course the sawtooth shirts Andy Griffith's character wears.

I was watching "The Good The Bad and The Ugly" the other day and Clint Eastwood's raw denim jeans and leather cowboy boots were gorgeous the way he pulled it off.

I've recently picked up the Sergio Leoni Westerns Box Set. Clint Eastwood looks so bad ass in all the movies. Makes me wonder if I could pull off a poncho...

East of Eden, without a doubt (but with the cut of the pants slimmed way down).

Classic American style, but without all the sports references in RL and Bastian. (By the way, what's with the fascination these Americana lines have with polo and rugby? How many Americans do you know that play or watch either sport?)
