I've been in the doldrums for some time and health, fitness, fashion & style have taken a huge backseat. I was always fashion conscious growing up and in my 20's, its just been those last couple of years where I reverted to jogging bottoms and a baggy T-shirt, lounging around the house most days. The fact I had a pretty nasty break in my arm and subsequently had to leave my job, was definitely a factor but I let myself get into a rut instead of thinking positive. Anyway, I'm now a changed man, quit smoking 6 months ago, have drastically improved my diet and have now got down to a weight that I'm confident I can sustain. As a byproduct, I've now got my fashion mojo back and am socialising more, going out in trendy clothes and maybe even turning the odd head in the process. One of the things that got me back on track, besides getting lucky landing a new job that's more conducive to a healthy lifestyle,is running. It was running that helped me shed those initial pounds and enabled me to start doing other more physical activities.Being more fashion conscious and with the colder weather approaching, I wanted to get my winter gear sorted so I can keep running my trails. I've been managing without a running jacket but now I'm feeling the cold more and the colder weather is creeping in, I think i'll need one. Does anybody know a range of running jacket that incorporate both style and good design so that you can look good but also moderate your body temperature? Basically, I want a nice light and breathable jacket that looks the part. From what I'm reading on the various fashion blogs and review sites, you are going to have to pay for the privilege but that's ok for me, its money well spent. I've seen some designs I like but need to be inspired so any suggestions would come in handy. I've found a nifty site called easyprices (http://www.easyprices.com/fashion) and they do some great deals on fashion items and other general products. Unfortunately, they don't have the style of jacket I'm looking for but they've proved very useful for other products. Anyway, thanks in advance, look forward to some ideas and suggestions.
