Stylish dress boots or sneakers with good arch support

I have med-low arches, pronate in slightly and am recovering from sprained foot ligaments / possibly plantar fasciitis. My podiatrist has given me some custom orthotics for my running shoes and these are all Ive been wearing for the past few months. Now I can slowly start to wear other shoes but all I have is a pair of converse 'jack purcell' sneaks and some 'Pitti' italian leather boots, which are going on 3 years old and I think have lost their support. Most shoes made with foot support in mind are butt ugly. Couple of options I see: • Just buy some superfeet inserts and wear them with my converse. When I need to walk heaps or exercise, I'll use the running shoes. • Buy some new well made boots, although it might not be possible to fit an insert in, they should have better quality sole and support anyway right? Here are a few boots I'm considering: davide de lana boot or these loake ones I don't usually go for brown but like those.. Anyway, open to suggestions or advice..
