the way viberg welts some of their boots. has their signature double row of stitching across the toe and vamp from the upper/midsole/sole
It's a construction method - not welted, since there is no welt. The leather upper is attached directly to the midsole and outsole. This is a traditional method of making workboots and boots like those that parajumpers wear. It can be found in both the best workwear boots, and in inexpensive footwear as well (see Clarks).
