1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Auction 19: Any pair of shoes from J Fitzpatrick Shoes @The Shoe Snob
Ends Tuesday Dec 20, 3:00 p.m. PST. or 10 minutes after the last bid, whichever comes later (or apparently, when I finish my workout).
    Let's start the bidding... now.

Today, we have an auction for any pair of Footwear found on Justin's site: http://www.jfitzpatrickfootwear.com/collections/all

Justin is a long time shoe afficionado, blogger, and member of the forum. Let's give me a good showing

The retail on his footwear varies, but tops out at 395 gbp, around $588 USD

Bidding starts at $290, and the minimum bid increment for this auction will be $20.Bid generously and often! It's for the kids.

    Good luck, everyone. Happy Holidays.

Please bid often and generously. What better way is there to spend money and get some great loot at the same time?

    Cheers,

    Fok.

An excellent start. Shall we have a paddle for $330?

    Because,

    1) I have not yet gotten confirmation from @Notre that the winner will be able to defer their prize if their size in a style they like is not in stock;.
    2) My mother-in-law just got into town, as in about an hour ago.
    3) The plumber is here because my water main just broke, like, 30 minutes ago.

I will do it now though. and assume that (1) is cool. If not, I'll work it out with the Notre dudes personally.

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Oh right, and my internet went out as well, (not just to my house - we have a lot of snow right now). So... it was a perfect shitstorm for about an hour. The plumber, and my mother-in-law, are still here.

    Any more questions?

    Cheers,

    Fok.

Excuses excuses! As for the sizing issue- perhaps one ought to make sure Notre has something in their size before bidding? They seems to have a ton of stock...
