    Wow, that would be pretty cool. As in, you have a discount? :)) Though, I don't mind paying for it, I really wanted to see it. I think I should start a thread in MC about this.

    I'd like to organize things for the Edmonton SFers!.

    We have a strangely active section for a city like Edmonton... There isn't even a real Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal thread etc......

    I think there's a few of us in London or at least vaguely nearby. More than enough for a meet-up I'd think. But who's going to organise this sort of business?

    This has got to be self-organized... this is the mad house which is SF, after all.

    I think the usual routine is that you go off to your respective forum, advertise a get together
    in a given city, see how many people are going to show up, and then deal with it.

    Once it gets going, it looks like there are regulars, and it can be pretty
    low-organization.
