Hi all,
In the season's spirit of giving, Styleforum is raising money to support the Ronald McDonald House (http://rmhc.org/), which houses the families of ill children who need to travel for treatment. When I lived in Boston, I got to know a little boy who needed to be treated for cancer at the Massachusetts General Hospital. His family was able to accompany him during the course of his treatment because of the hospitality offered by the Ronald McDonald House. Matthew has been home with his family for a few years now, after successful treatment. This charity holds a special place in my heart.
Last year, your generous donations allowed us to raise over $4K for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
This year, we want to surpass that goal. Styleforum is trying to raise $5K this holiday season. 1% of the goal set by the Ronald McDonald House organization for December 31.
Accordingly, our campaign will start immediately, and run until January 1, 2010. We hope that you will give generously. Donations via paypal can be made to [email protected] . We will also accept personal checks and other forms of payment. Please email to [email protected] if you wish to arrange to pay another way.
We will also be holding a raffle at the same time, with the prizes being gift certificates donated by our affiliates. Details on the raffle will follow later this week.
