As a child, I was made to dress up in turtle necks or polo shirts for school. For some reason, I had a vendetta against buttons (no clue, don't ask) and hated polo shirts. My question is: what is in good style to wear?

My build: I am 5'11 slender (I am a runner) with dark curley hair that Fros out and dark eyes. I have an athletic build, but as I said before, am kinda skinny (148 lbs for 5'11)

For some reason I am not a fan of polo shirts.

I am big into bands and such and like the strokes look of sports blazers with t-shirts on but I am willing to make adjustments to my style to improve my look!

I normally wear t-shirts with jeans or long-sleeve shirts under a t-shirt with jeans (faded and black). Help! Girls opinions are desired too :p
