^ Oh man, when I head back to Canada in April, I'm having so much Chinese food. I can't get a good dim sum here and only good Japanese noodles, not Chinese ones.

But unfortuately I, too, am trying to avoid simple and refined carbs. Currently on week 2, with only a few cheats.

Where in the world do you consistently get home made, high gran/fiber toast ? Do you make this on your own ? Either way, that has to be expensive as ****..

Once in a blue moon I'll get a craving for cheap chicken flavour noodles, accompanied with cheap concentrate orange juice.

I used to eat it quite often while growing up, so it's basically just a weird nostalgia-trip that I need from time to time.
