Strong tapered slim jeans advice

Hello,

I am seeking slim fit jeans with stronger tapering suitable for chelsea boots

• 100% cotton
• selvage
• strong tapered slim fit (not skinny), I would like to have above 7" width in hemming, most of slim jeans I found had 7-7.2"
• no shrinkage
• 32" inseam (not required but nice to have)
• budget up to 300 EUR
