Thank you for your reply. I have a friend, he thinks he is Bertie Wooster and his wife is worse. Invite mentioned Stroller, no one is going to know what the hell that is, let alone have the kit in their closet, I know I would not had I not lived in the UK for a while and had the Morning suit accessories

Please encourage him to post on here, we will shower him with attention

Not exactly a ringing endorsement. Strollers should not be worn in your dorm's rumpus room, much less on carpeting.

Just curious, where, other than a party, costume or otherwise, where is the proper setting for a stroller?

Comic conventions, organizing your Magic the Gathering cards at a sleepover, big pimpin up in NYC, etc.

Great response. I assumed it was something a diplomat would have worn in the pre WW2 days

I think it's literally intended for a Sunday afternoon, as the name would suggest.

I've worn mine for a daytime wedding, and matinee at the opera. It's a niche item, but when you have reached my level of excellence you start to branch out into territory that plebs couldn't hope to pull off.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it.
Notice that you and he have the same eyes. Is this your old man by any chance?

See, wearing opera pumps is almost akin to this in some people's eyes. I'd still do it. Besides, I have the legs for it.

When one says something like that, three images always come to mind:

There's a nice plethora of strollers on display in James Bond's wedding scene in OHMSS, including Bond, M, Q and Draco, although that was made in 1969. We had to wear them at my sister's wedding in 1982. One of these days I'll dig out a photo and scan it in.
