Finally got to check out the Strenesse brand of clothing for men by Gabrielle Strehle from when I was recently in Hamburg. Strenesse womens clothing is available in the US, but the recently introduced mens collection has not made it to the US yet. Ever since Jil Sander's "retirement", Gabrielle Strehle has been touted as the new queen of German fashion. Anyway, I was very impressed by the clothes. Not quite as stark as Jil Sander. A lot of use of innovative fabrics. Clothes reminded me of Calvin Klein collection, a bit. Check it out at www.strenesse.com

thc, was the strenesse men's line in a strenesse store or was it available in a specialty or department store?

I saw it in both. But I bought my stuff at the Strenesse store in Hamburg. The saleswoman said the Strenesse store in Munich is much bigger. The one in Hamburg was already sold out in a lot of stuff from Spring in my size.
