I'm a roofing contractor looking for an office/sales shirt for summer. In the past we bought button down straight hem (untucked) shirts, comfortable and casual and more professional than polos. I cannot find these shirts, with sleeves that extend down to the elbows, that aren't flowered for resort wear. Again..looking for button down, straight hem (untucked) with sleeve down to elbows, in solid colors.
Thank you!

That's called a "three quarter sleeve" shirt, and is fairy common in parts of Asian where it's super hot, but considerably less popular in the USA. Howe does have one,l and it does look like it is sold at Nordstrom: http://shop.nordstrom.com/s/howe-hi...are&siteId=J84DHJLQkR4-iH3A5gvieRF0Z08T_DXv.A

Of course, you could do much better buying in wholesale from www.Aliexpress.com or whatever, but you also have no idea what you might be getting.

There are also designer versions from Margiela, Kris van Assche, etc... but probably not what you want.

Thanks Guy,

I do greatly appreciate your help. That was fast so you must be experienced in clothing... great!

I'm looking for something a little looser fitting and without the buttons on the cuffs. More of a typical straight hem short sleeve button down (buttoned collar too) which has extended sleeves down around the elbows. It wasn't that long ago when these longer sleeve cuts were common. Don't need loose fit for big waist, we're all pretty slim, but for comfort in hot weather. Today everything is cut high and tight. Seems we're threading the needle looking for loose fit, straight hem and 3/4 sleeves given today's style.
