So I usually hit up NdG, R+B, APC, Odin, Opening Ceremony and Unis when I go shopping (Uniqlo and likes for t-shirts and such). That's pretty much my budget there.. is there any other good ones I'm missing?

Maybe throw those into ol' google above and see what ***** out.

I did. It brings up bunch of stuff from MC, does me no good. I don't need Google to figure out what stores exist in NYC... I need to figure out what's actually worth checking out.

Use the "search this forum" option.

Anyway, to be helpful, I also usually hit up Oak, Billy Reid, Self Edge, Assembly, In God We Trust, RRL, Kesners, IF Boutique, all within walking distance of one another. I like Jean Shop too. I like going into Atelier, though I only ever get accessories there. I'll hit up Calvin Klein and Barneys if I am ever uptown (hardly ever). Oh, you might want to check out Seven as well.

In Brooklyn, Epaulet, Bird, Stuart&Wright, Gargyle, Hollander and Lexer are all ones I like.
