Stop Using "Sick" and "Epic" in 2010

I use the word "interesting". When positive I say "hmm interesting!" and when not so positive I go "ah...interesting."

I've never heard anyone not wearing glasses say epic before- it's often said in conjunction with fail, as in "epic fail".

Yeah, I'm pretty sick of hearing 'epic fail'. My little cousin started saying it and it's horrifying.

Do people actually use these words in normal conversation? I'm as guilty as the next guy for using them online, but I've not even once used them in a conversation. I had a coworker that used to say "oh, snap!" and I seriously thought about hitting him in the face every time he said that.
