I live in a decent building in downtown Montreal. It's not what I consider upscale, but in this city of everything being very cheap, it's definately not a place for the unsavoury. But, there's this woman who lives on the 9th floor. She's like 70... she makes this weird clicking noise **************, and she smells like Satan's asshole. It's a combination of not bathing since the 70s, swimming in a giant ashtray, and god knows what else.
I think police should write tickets to people who smell incredibly bad. In my last 2 years in montreal, I've barely ever taken the subway. Maybe like 5 times. I'd say at least 3 of those times someone smelled like they'd soaked themselves in urine. I know this comes with living in a city, but for christ sake, today I was in the elevator with this old woman again, holding my breath. I used to live in the other tower on the 31st floor, and there was this other old man who rode around in one of those little cars. He also did not bathe. I guess I'm not very lucky because now I live on the 10th in another building in the same complex, and I often have to share the elevator with the one person who stinks to high heaven. Most of the other tenants are either students or professionals, so obviously it isn't a widespread problem.
Is there anything you can do about someone who smells absolutely horrific?
