You'd go broke too selling shirts and windbreakers for 35 cents each!

I saw this title and thought it was a reference to Steve B. and Barry Hussein Obama.

it may be due to the fact that sear's holdings is having a crisis of its own at the moment.

It's a discount clothing store, the type of place that sells jeans for $10. They mostly sold T-shirts with goofy sayings and discount sports team apparel, but had been branching out.

I really liked their solid colored, and university T's, and the house brand jeans I always bought for my son because they were cheap and very hard waring. It's to bad their intentions were admirable, trying to provide half way decent clothing at a very affordable cost. Especially now with the economy in the tank it will be harder and harder for the less fortunate among us to afford decent clothing.

it's almost similar to old navy, but I think they had nicer stuff. never bought anything for myself, but it was great getting cool looking clothes for my 5 year old cousin that was pretty cheap.

First time to enter their store couple of weeks ago in Katy, TX. Yeah, they have an enormous selection of printed t-shirts (funny sayings, colleges & universities, retro cartoons and comic book characters...), jeans and khakis at less than $15 I think. Yeah too bad they didn't get the sales they expected. Are they closing up for good?

They JUST opened a store local to me two weeks ago. Had a sale where everything in the place was under $9. Not horrible quality. Not amazing. Bought a few casual button up shirts. Mostly stuff you'd expect to find on vacation ("I'm a virgin but this is an old shirt"). SJP happens to offer stuff my wife likes. Looks like we'll be heading that way for one last hurrah!

They also offer ties that are worth a single wear. At least I've had that much luck with 'em.

went to one of their stores in the berkshire mall... where is that you ask?

literally the middle of nowhere

accordingly, there was no one in there to watch those fancy lcd tvs and walk through the massive store
