Bought this about 10 years ago in California. It came with a box and a card, but I don't have them anymore. I can't recall ever using it, but I'm calling this used because of the shelf wear. Otherwise, it is in great condition and works perfectly to secure your Iphone, Ipod, camera, Android, MP3 player on you. I believe just the charm (Medusa face) is sterling silver, not the actual strap. 100% real or your money back.
