1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

It doesn't seem as popular as it is in the States, but It's popular enough that we get our fair share of events up here. The crowds are similar.

(I know that the question wasn't meant to be answered, but whatever.)

On-Topic: I'm not sure if it's been posted here yet, but Nomad has their Stephan Schneider buy up. I'm glad that I have a local stockist once again.

What is it with this thread that attracts all the crazies. Seriously the meanest Canadians seem to be popping up here.

    (I, too, am Canadian)

EDIT: sigh I thought this was the sales thread, it wasn't, I'll leave this comment here and take the L anyways.

This conjured up a weird vision of dieworkwear as Roast Beef from Achewood.

The Desperate trousers are nice. Good semi-casual pant for S/S.
They are a little big in terms of thigh measurement (12.5"), so not sure if I'm keeping.

I have a pair of them in a sort of denim blue tropical wool, wearing them literally right now actually. Comfy as hell.

Would like to see a roomy elasticized waist pant in navy wool.

    How roomy?
The tempera I have from last season are pretty relaxed, straight leg. Navy. Super lightweight wool though.

OAMC always do an elastic waisted wool suiting pant every season. Afaik navy is a staple colour for that cut (called "drawstring pant", lux cupro lining. Only issue, at least for me, is the zippered pockets but the desperate trouser has that too.

You should have gotten the jazz trousers from ss15. I got the version in navy tropical wool ('ocean' fabric) and they're pretty nice

I love my catch phrase jacket. It's a nice mid to light weight jacket and in rare form has roomy arm holes
