Seriously, it really sucks. Shirting is hard as hell, you always have to have measurements. I have two size 4 shirts, one is 18.5" p2p and the other is 20" p2p. You also have to take into account that the armholes are really high as well, so even though there is a 1.5" difference, the 20" p2p fits me ok, slightly big in some areas but nothing a tailor can't fix up. I've also owned a size V when I was bigger, and I think a 48 would fit a V much better than a IV. Sipang is the scholar though, so ymmv

For a little perspective, Kelv wears a III and he said that a recent shirt he bought was tighter than normal on him

Sigh, inconsistency with the shirting makes me worried about ordering without trying on. Guess I got lucky with the knit.

Measurements for the shirts are really only a jumping off point, again, because of the high armholes. I remember trying on a SS shirt (dunno what season, it was a consignment shop last year) in a V. It fit great everywhere, but the high armholes would have required me to go up a size.

Sipang, you set the mines for most of us!!!!

Luckily I just pawned off that knit to my room mate, but how I miss that cloudlike bliss...

    re:APK

I agree. Schneider is best tried on. I don't often care about measurements anymore, I just try and gauge from my past experience and the experiences of others. I still buy SS online though, just because his style and fabrics are always worth it when it works out.

I have 2 shirts from this season: thicker flannel departure (I think) shirt in V and a thinner gray gradient shirt in a IV. Departure shirt is pretty tight as it is and the other one was HUGE in V. Lol.

Yeah, it was a bummer, because it looked more or less new, fit well everywhere else and was pretty cheap (I wanna say $75 - $100). But it wasn't happening with those armholes.

How have you seen her? Whenever I go in, she's always wearing really baggy clothes like overalls or some oldschool EG shit. She's really nice, gave me the SS lookbook when she saw how into SS I was lol

I think he means the model on the webstore. At least that's what I meant.

Good shirts. Thanks for the measurements. Based on the pit number I'm probably a V, but I know there's more to it than that.

I also got this cardigan, probably my favourite piece this season, it just layers so well. Will take some pics later.
