Well, the round hem for SS shirts is only used with BD collar shirt with the stitched placket. So the buy decision is more involved than the hem shape. If you want that clean collar and placket (which I personally think works a lot better with Schneider's fabrics and clean cut), then that shirt style comes with a straight hem.

I asked the boutique about a crewneck with the BEE fabric like the one Aux posted in WAYWT and got this reply, in case anyone is interested. Size up seems to be the rec.

I ONLY HAVE ONE VIOLET LEFT IN SIZE 4
HERE ARE THE MEASUREMENTS:
A-A : 50CM
SH-SH: 40CM
SH-WRIST: 75CM
BACKLENGTH: 65CM

THIS ONE COSTS 200,00 EURO

shoulders not gonna stretch if it's sewn. If you have really terrible hangers and the fabric of the garment is thinner you might get a little puckering in the shoulders.

I use normal wooden hangers for mine, except my merino coat and my KKA blazer knit thing, for which I use a couple of those special hangers that are wider and more supportive.

I hang all my coats but I understand the question - some of Schneider's jackets are almost like cardigans with just one layer of wool that is cut & seen without any lining or structure (the famed alpaca coat for example). I still hang those and haven't seen any issues with divots or stretching but I use right-sized and slightly contoured hangers.

This is what I was referring to. Great for that type of coat.
