The wool version. I remember someone else also mentioning that the shoulders are slim. Was your size V wool just too big everywhere?

Size 6 is slim in the sleeves but they're knit so they stretch after a few days

I got in the Wool Paraffin today. The body and shoulders are a great fit slightly boxy, a fair bit of room, but slim looking. The sleeves are slim. I meant to wear mine more like a cardigan (it's way too light for winters here, and there no way of layering anything substantial under it), so it works for me. I'm wearing it over a lightweight henley here.

For reference, this is a size 5, and I am 5'11" and 175 lbs, and my frame is between a size 38 and size 40. My true chest size is 40" right now, but my shoulders are that of a bulked up 38, not a "true" 40.

I think it wasn't as big in the shoulders, but I can't totally remember right now.

Honestly it's slim in the shoulders but I wouldn't say it's a dealbreaker. Like my cotton one in IV is a bit tight but it's fine after wearing it a bit. Obv the sleeves are knit so they have give.

Acolyth is down to 70% on women's SS, but that includes the remaining stole and scarf. Free shipping if you get both, and ACO10 takes another 10% off.

That paraffin jacket is cool, although in a lot of the fit pics I've seen here, it ends up looking like the person is wearing a vest over a knit. Weird effect, but still a great piece.

If I'm a 4 in the Ijevan cardigan, would I take the same size for the Bee?

Yes, although it's a little slimmer IMO.

Sucks for you guys, that what happens when you don't pre order they said that there would have to be enough orders for certain items to be considered to be made as part of the pre order. Doesn't mean stores will carry certain garments. You could always contact the SS directly?

I'd love to hear the theory behind that. How can it be far and away the favorite item for SF members and not even picked up by anyone? Buyers don't have any taste, or the stuff we like doesn't translate to actual sales?

My guess the Japanese stores have a lot more influence on production since they tend to get larger inventory. Blue one is probably easier to sell for a lot of stores as well my guess?

Well to be fair..the hype probably occurred after the stores made their buys (people started posting their pics like a month or so ago? That's when I got mine). Not sure if retailers actually read the thread when the preorder were going on though.
