Hi, I am inclined to think that most people on this forum do not like Stefano Ricci ties. Personally I think they look awesome. Are there any other people here who appreciate their ties? Please share your experience. Mike

I have two or three Stefano Ricci ties.

They're made of insanely thick silk and are insanely expensive but look and feel wonderful. Decadent is probably the best word to describe them. You know you're overpaying but damn, you feel it's worth it just for the feel of them.

Beautiful Silk, bar none.

Very Pricey? Yes.

I still prefer Roda over Stefano Ricci.

That means: it was the most beautiful silk I have seen and touched...

Thanks, can you also tell me why you prefer Roda instead?

You can buy them for $100 a piece at Morris and Sons in Chicago.

Hi Soph, did you ever buy one? What was your experience?

Despite some of the hatred of Ricci due to other less that tasteful items. I have found many of their ties to be well within the realm of great taste. For a fairly standard construction method, the materials and knoting are simply superb. I would buy another at a $100 maximum.

Sorry, I can't tell exactly. I found this picture on Google's images. I think this colour is awesome.

I only have one, but it's easily among my best. As others have mentioned, the silk is very thick. While expensive at full retail, they're readily available at NM Last Call, at around the $70 mark.

The House of Ricci offers goods of the highest quality and years ago I was a pretty good customer, for their sportswear. But, in recent years most of their stuff, in color and/or design, is downright weird. And, their prices would make a Kiton customer cringe.
