I like hardcore Carnivore black and red or just simple salt and pepper. Those are my 3 favorite and I have tried a ton of different ****.

Have never found anything that I like better than kosher salt and cracked black pepper. Sometimes fun though to use a bbq rub the likes of which you would normally use on pork, kind of like how Longhorn does their steaks.

S&P the choice for me:


Fleur de Sel fine grain from San Francisco Salt Co. I usually pepper once its flipped and again when it comes off the heat.

Montreal steak seasoning is probably the best mass market option, if you want something more than S&P.

^Good call. Special **** might be my favorite "do it all" seasoning. I would add that to my list above. Simple coarse salt and pepper might be my favorite for steak.
