YouTube knows me way too well.

Them: Check out * Your Top Recommendation! *

Me: Meh. I'm kind of busy.

Them: It's Jacques Pepin cooking steaks.

Me: ****.

Anyone know what cast iron pan that is?

It’s not technically a steak. But if @Piobaire is gonna hold out on us I did have a giant ass beef rib for lunch.

Have y'all gone off healthy, life-giving animal flesh or something? Soy cucks.

Calling this the "mutant meatball". 50/50 beef and pork and basically a big, spherical meatloaf. Melted cheese, some caramelized onions and berbere spice for some heat. Over black eye peas, a few bits of yam and some cherry tomatoes from my garden.

Bear can be very good and it can also be very gamey. I think it depends mainly on what the given bear was eating. Best cut of bear I've ever had was a roast.

My sister and her husband live in the boonies of Northern Ontario and they always have a couple freezers full of bear, moose, dear, and walleye.

Shore lunch ftw. Nothing like pulling up on a tiny island and making a good shore lunch with fresh caught walleye, spuds, and a few beers.
