That's still great value, I love those steaks. If I could teleport one store from TX here, it'd be Costco.

Smallest brisket at costco was 20lbs... probably cut in half. Smoke half, use the other half for braising or something.

I hosed down my 110 pound lab on the deck earlier. I got the worse of it but at least we cleaned him up and cooled him down. Got some steaks sizzling, potatoes baking, and the weather is terrific. Life is good.
