Mostly smoked!!!! I have used my new sous vide 3-4 times in the past couple of months, which sucks because I am not eating as much steak lately.

Are you saying you use the sous vide as the sole cooking method 25-30 times per year?

Has anyone tried sous vide hamburgers yet? I plan to in the next few weeks. I just need to schedule the time to do my own grind which is what's stopping me from doing it.

I have done it a few times, and then just seared them afterwords. I liked it, but prefer smoking them for 30-40 minutes at 225-250.

Smoking sounds good, but I just use some smoked salt or a seasoning with smoke flavoring. Can someone link that grill griddle again? TIA!

Never tried either approach. My go to at home is smashed/slider style burgers. ~1/4" thick on a screaming hot skillet for a minute or two a side.
