Those look good, although I prefer my bacon cooked. I make sliders almost exclusively now and use king Hawaiian rolls or slider buns.

I didn't want to make them feel truly inferior so just used "bacon" as a catch all for cured meats in general. Have some homemade duck breast prosciutto for tonight's repast.
