I cannot believe that nobody has yet mentioned Delilah's Den Gentleman's Club and Steakhouse.

The Capital Grille would be my choice.

When I go there I typically get the Porcini Rub Delmonico.

As this is Styleforum...go to the Prime Rib. Only steakhouse in the city still requiring a jacket.

I've had lunch there. Good stuff. I see that a similar place is opening on 20th and JFK so it appears the business model is taking off in Philly.
