Staple items for streetwear, casual and denim

I'm relatively new to the forum so apologies of this topic has been covered before. Is the a sticky thread for must have signature items for your street wear wardrobe, if not would anyone care to share their suggestions?

Thanks but I was referring to a list of signature pieces rather than particular brands and specific items made by a particular label. The $5000 wardrobe seems to have a lot of personalised posts, I was thinking more along the line of:
Blue blazer
Deep blue/indigo jeans
Denim jacket
Leather jacket
Overcoat
Trenchcoat
Pair of choinos
Pair of khakis

Would love to hear other suggestions.

None of those are signature pieces. SW&D isn't formulaic enough to make a list like that. You can't make one of those neat little lists that encompasses the whole spectrum. You could do this if you wanted MC light probably - just browse a J. Crew catalog.

When you say signature pieces, people think of things like DH 19cm jeans, MMM 5-zip leather jackets, Carpe Diem boots, Helmut Lang bondage pants or whatever. They don't think of generic items.
