We just landed a massive re-up on one of our favorite flannels - the Bryson from Indigofera in Charcoal/Blue/Green. Super soft flannel from Japan, sewn up in Portugal, and sold to us by Vikings. (Jeans are the Indigofera Clint in Gunpowder - Neil wears them sized up +1 for motorbike comfort, they're a bit slimmer than that when worn true to size)

It feels like a soft chambray - it's not lightweight, just soft.

Fit is slim but not tight.

    NEW FLANNEL PARTY, Y'ALL:

Every since we started working with Indigofera, they’ve had some version of the Norris flannel shirt in their lineup. The latest version is our absolute favorite, by far.

The fabric is a heavyweight 3x1 selvedge twill, woven on shuttle looms in Japan. The 3x1 is an important detail – this flannel will wear like iron due to the rugged nature of this weave. Plus, it’s a selvedge flannel. That’s pretty damn rare.

The check is made from indigo dyed yarns, meaning this shirt is going to fade and take on a character of its own over time.

4-hole melamine buttons close this fucker up. Urea buttons are a cool historical detail on some flannels, but melamine is equally historically accurate, and much more durable. It’s nearly unbreakable, and fireproof, to boot.

The last great vintage detail on this garment are the bias cut pockets and yoke, making the whole thing even more of a treat to look at.

Here's me wearing one and looking sad:

If you want one -> SMASH HERE WITH MOUSE, or come see us in person. We like to see your faces, and give you beers.

Stopped in at S&S today and picked up a OrSlow button down white chambray. Great shirt and they still have quite a few cool shirts and jackets on sale at very nice prices.

Jeremy was wearing his new Monitaly patchwork vest with blue and grey fabric combinations.

They also have them in browns (with reds and camo). You may have seen Brandon on Instagram wearing his a lot lately.

And this especially bad-ass black, grey patchwork camo look that just arrived.

A cool detail on all those vests - all the panels are handcut, rather than cut in plies, to make the patchwork, and all the panels are the same in each size of each style.

We just got a batch of the 13.5oz black japanese denim trucker jackets in from Tellason. It's the trucker jacket we all wanted - which is not-indigo to avoid the denim-suit, and with side pockets so we have somewhere to put our hands at parties.

i'm not in the market for a black trucker but that does look good. the thing I like about it is that it appears to sit lower on the waist. most truckers are short in the waist, which i'm not a big fan of, but this one seems just right. any ideas which mill the fabric is from?

Yeah, this trucker has almost 2" on a Type 3, making it a great fit. Not sure on the mill - it's not one of the big ones - Collect, Kurabo, Kuroki, etc. There's a ton of small mills that no-one has ever heard of in Kojima, with some of them being just a loom or two in a shed.

Nice to see a denim jacket cut for a longer torso. So many of the classic denim jackets, in an effort to maintain authenticity of their period, are far too short for an average male today who is several inches taller and has longer arms. I'd love a quality Japanese repo Type II jacket in a Long.
