Soooo the EQUO last...thoughts?
Elegant Oxford with Alligator topline - Saint Crispin's
A new classic – we believe: The Oxford with Alligator topline on our brand new EQUO last, exhibiting a restrained elegance with its Alligator topline, being reminiscent of a two-tone shoe, but more laid back.www.saintcrispins.com
New to the forum and saw this SC appreciation thread and thought I would share my latest commission: Old Bailey Double Monk

Welcome. Nice submission for the thread. Don't believe I've seen this style used by any of the usual suspects.
Thanks. I was inspired for my 2nd commision when I saw the pair in Hugo Jacomet's "Shoes" book View attachment 1576993
I know Santoni had something similar, but don't recall StCs having the style. Who made the one Hugo Jacomet referenced?
Saint Crispin's. It's one of the shoes referenced in the dedicated section. . Since it wasn't British, French, or Italian - it fell into the "other" section.
I'm planning on ordering a new pair of shoes on My personal last, but I need to make some adjustments to the last. I also want to have my first pair relasted.
Does anyone have experience with the relasting process?
Do you think I should order the new pair first or have the old pair relasted first? Thanks
