Anyone here that had luck contacting Saint Crispins lately? If so: how did you contact them?

Tried to contact them regarding to ask wether a pair of mine could be widened around the joint, but unfortanetly received no answer as of yet. Tried via their website and Instagram.

I contacted Phillip Car via the contact form on the website about two weeks ago.
But earlier this week he replied "we are currently on holiday, from August 3rd until August 21st."

The Mod 205 is perhaps the quintessential St. C shoe. I really don't know why I don't have one yet.... Probably covid.
