Not that you all needed brand labels.
Those Alden's are beautiful.....RTW and if you don't mind my asking, where do you purchase them?

RTW or MTO?

Epaulet did a pre-order on them back in the Summer. You may want to contact them and see if there are any openings on the list, or get on the cancellation list if anyone who pre-ordered changes their mind.

Guys, I realize this is a St. Crispin's Appreciation Thread, but I'm planning my first order for St. Crispin's and am wondering if any member has ever been regretted a St. Crispin purchase due to the cost versus other high end brands? Value is all relative in the "luxury shoe" market, but wanted your thoughts given relationship with the brand.

IME, they bend over backwards to make you happy. I have, however regretted purchases I've made from other "high-end" shoemakers.

I just ordered my first pair as well and will let you know my thoughts. I suspect I'll fall in love with the fit, since every other shoe I've owned has been way too big.
