    If the shoe isn't ugly enough to sway you away from it the word "ghillie" should be.

    Never understood ghillies or lazyman (more popular in Japan). Maybe I just don't 'understand' them.

    Gussets are lame. Unless it is a chelsea boot.

    I think the lazyman is more popular in Asia due to more frequent taking off of one's shoes for cultural reasons.
