Wow, those will be great! What leather did you go for?
Thanks! I went for Cru 604 which is the exact colour in this shoes below.
Does StC sell trees independently?
Yes, I have ordered them through Leathersoul. You need to provide them with the last and size.
Very nice colour!
I'm a little color blind - are these more brown or cordovan in color? I like the color - trying to get a better description.
Freaking gorgeous shade.

It's definitely brown the shoes have been darken with hand polishing so it actually gotten darke.
It's a great colour my friend ordered the exact same shoes in that colour.
Here is an outdoor shot the colour looks not as dark in sunlight.
Just stopped by the Leatherfoot website today. I was initially checking to see if they had started to sell Edward Green yet. Came across the Made to Order Gallery for the first time. Wow, I think I'll have to check out that portion of the website more often. It's just a whole Gallery of fabulous looking shoes!!!!
Quote:Yep. As many St. C as they have in stock they actually do even more through MTO. Lots of inspiration. Not to mention salivation.
Wearing my favorite pair of Saint Crispins today
Happy Friday gentlemen!
Hey guys, I'm thinking about getting a pair of 524 chukkas in either some kind of grained calf (probably Inca) or suede. Was wondering if anyone has thoughts on the following:
1. Would a dark brown Inca calf 524 be a good make-up, or is there another grained leather I should consider?
2. I've already ordered a MTO pair of chukkas from Edward Green in their mole suede. Would like to avoid getting another pair that's too similar in color. Anyone know which of SC's suedes are closer to EG's mink suede? And is there a reason why one should pick Kudu or calf suede over the other?
(cc'ing @patrickBOOTH because he knows everything)
Maybe their BUF calf could be of interest? I like mine very much, a bit softer than INC.
Amazing colour! And the shape is wonderful too
