in general which do u prefer to go with a pair of blsck or grey dress slacks for going out for a night on the town
1.) black square toe slip ons

2.) black round laced oxfords

Anything that isn't square toed. And I'd match brown with grey pants, especially for a social setting.

So, I'd probably wear brown, oxford/balmoral-laced, brogued shoes, with a classical toe. Possibly in (fake) suede not (fake) leather.

I am vegan, so do not wear leather or suede. I am not interested in arguing this.
