I'm interested in purchasing this Canali Jacket. Seller indicates that it is a sports coat but the jacket looks like an orphan suit jacket to me.

Any comments?

Ask the seller to send you a picture of the tag. There is a number under “Modello” that has a slash. If the numbers after the slash are “00” then you have a sport coat. Anything else it’s an orphan.
Example 13220/00 = sport coat, 13220/32 = orphan.

Is this only for Italian clothing? Is there a US equivalent?
