Your only option is to go bespoke then.

The best option would have been Corthay. Accessible here in NY, and they do have nice options. As @Texasmade just mentioned, leaves only the most expensive option. BESPOKE!

Thinking about it, and while a touch on the expensive side, you could probably pick up a MTM option from Koji Endo. It should place you on the significantly lower end of French style pricing, with French made experience.

Koji, after all, did study under Anthony Delos. Doesn't come any more French than that.

I don't even own Meermin ?.

I still do have modest shoes, and keep them in rotation. AEs and Aldens in fact. Keeps me grounded ?.
Does CJ count as grounded ??
CJ shell is right up there in price! No Meermin or AE but do have a few pairs of Alden. Much different aesthetic
