Agreed. Yours? I have the three eyelet version and love them.

No. I don't own any SpTDs from SB, only oxfords. My apprehension with their SpTDs in the past was they exhibited a bit too much Italian flair. I prefer a more subdued SpTD.

These, on the other hand, are more conservative. More in-line with models found from English shoemakers.

I will say with this styling, construction method, and top grade leather you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal. ??

speaking of SB, looks like they develop a "cheaper" line just for the Rake
