For a small person: a very cheap, brand new, Spier & Mackay Neapolitan Cut olive green cotton casual suit?

• Contemporary 36S jacket
• 30" waist trousers, inside leg cut to 27.5" (but with 1.5" cuffs, so there's some material to extend).

Looks really nice. Just the wrong size for me.

It's still in the wrapping and box it was sent in - but if I have to send it internationally from Canada, I will have to repack it in a smaller box to save shipping costs.

Great price. And it should fit me based on the measurements I find on the official website. Do you mind if I ask why the suit does not fit? Are the measurements not accurate?
