Well, the MTO suit is in. I'm not sure how I felt at first but looking at the more and more I think I'm pleased. They actually did not adjust the length (extra 0.5 in) like I requested because the back measure 28.1 in like a standard 38S. I was seriously concerned because the 38S navy core suit on me looks really disproportionate in front because of the length.

Funny enough I didn't feel like that wearing this suit in front of the mirror then I found out the front was cut 0.5 or so longer than the front of my 38S slim navy core. Like what?

But anyhow, that makes it ok looking now so I probably won't complain to CS. But what do you think? Should it be even longer in front?

Pretty happy otherwise with the trousers, this is the high rise with single forward pleats and side tabs. They however forgot to make it button fly like I requested.

Very nice! Looks long enough. I like the lapel shape. Is that their standard peak?

Yes standard peak, they dont allow modification to lapel for MTO.

I thought so too after checking the front length of both this and RTW jacket of the same size. My concern is how it's going to affect my future order given this kind of variation.

Looks good to me. Sleeves a tad bit long but that's just me. Length looks fine.

Curious as to how much/if you changed hip/thigh/rise measurements. Personally, if I were doing pleats, I think I would go for a fuller cut.

This is my config for the pants. Haven't verified if the pants were cut exactly that though. Usually I wear 32 slim but I want a bit wider hem.

Here's better angle for the pants, pardon the lighting.

Really eyeing that navy double breasted suit. I want it but I don't need it but I really want it.

Y’all gotta stop putting the invoices on the box. If my wife would have gotten home first...

That might be a US customs requirement. No invoices on my Canadian shipments.

Wearing the Navy peacoat today. Exchanging and sizing up was the right call. I have more room and can wear a sweater underneath.

I'm debating whether it's still heavy and thick enough. It feels thinner this time around and won't be good for a particularly frigid winter day. Collar is still fantastic. Absolutely in love with the collar.

Tatersall shirt from a couple years back, as well a first wear of the new cream cable knit. This sweater is very soft, and the weight is very substantial. This is definitely a new favorite.

I received the shipping email for my custom suit on Monday and the tracking number is still showing this. I’m starting to worry as I usually get my stuff 2-3 days after the email.
