Guys, I'm doing a bit of research for OTR dress shirts/shirts in general. Do you prefer the bundle of 3 shirts now to get a discount of $10/shirt of would you prefer just an everday lower price on single shirts? Though that unbundled lower price wouldn't be as low as a 3 shirt bundle, but lower than the pre-bundle price now...

Yes, yes, we know to stock up more on basics. Also control shrinkage and consistent sizing. Any other OTR shirt feedback is appreciated. Good or bad, we always want to improve.
I say keep the pricing as is.

Has anyone here ever moved the collar buttons on a shirt before? Maybe I’m crazy but I feel like the buttons on one of the shirts are too far wide and low for a good roll. Right now the collar lays almost completely flat, which is disappointing because I love the roll from my other S&M shirts and was expecting the same.

I took a photo of the shirt how it is now and where I would like the buttoning point to be. Do people ever do this?
It's very easy to do with collar and cuffs. Just figure where you want them and resew as you would if the button fell off

Lower pricing per shirt and add some non-irons please.

Lower price per shirt. I never order three shirts. To get free shipping I usually add a shirt to an order of other items.

Ok cool thank you. It seemed easy but I just wanted to make sure before I did something regrettable. I thought maybe I would screw up something and not notice how it changed the collar or whatever.

I'm fairly confident I adjusted the placement on one of my shirts that was not quite where the should be. I know it seems silly not to remember...

The bundle pricing is best. It allows S&M to capture more of the producer surplus. Your prices are already remarkably low as is for a single shirt compared to your competitors.

I may get murder for this, but another question to consider is how much MORE are we willing to pay in order to have faster shipping times, a better website with working filters, etc. Money may not be holding these things back, but if they are...

I still want a classic yellow oxford. Please and thank you.

Great question, Acutey. What’s that rule?
  • Faster+cheaper or
  • cheaper+better or
  • better+faster,
but never all three? I’m happy with S&M’s cheaper and better, and will gladly forgive the slowness and the website.
