Do you size up on the trousers? Bought these in dark brown in a 32 (my normal size) and they felt restrictive in thigh/groin area. The fit looks great here though.

Thank you, these are a 34 contemporary but altered to a 32 waist.

I've always bought 34 contemporary from Spier and didn't notice any difference on these vs the others in my collection.

The V looks very wide/open which combined with the close fit to the body looks a bit feminine. Try pulling the sweater down so the top of the V closes up the gap between the shirt collar.

Here's mine from the 2021 season, sleeves are still trimmer than I'd like but proportionally, I find the rest OK.

Certainly looks more appealing. Why did they change all their sport coats to 3 sleeves buttons?
I think someone mentioned that it was more traditional, but could be wrong... I preferred the 4 buttons, but it likely saves them a fair amount of $$$ saving 2 buttons per sportcoat sold

Anyone have any experience with the Guabello midnight navy 130s or the VBC navy serge? Considering getting a dark navy MTO suit and looking for advice on which one is closer to a true navy for a conservative business setting?

Also curious if anyone has tried the unpadded shoulder option on the standard suit jacket in MTO? Do they compensate by raising the armhole or is there more space in the shoulder?
